Wir suchen für unseren Hausmeisterservice mit Objekten in Hamburg und Norderstedt (Großraum Hamburg) ab sofort

eine/n Hausmeister/in

in Vollzeit.

Stellenbeschreibung:

  • Erledigung von kleinen Reparaturarbeiten, Ansprechpartner/in für Mieter, Übernahme von Gartenarbeiten
  • Fahrerlaubnis B zwingend erforderlich - ein Dienstfahrzeug wird gestellt
  • Einstiegsgehalt bei 14,25,- Euro/h. Bei handwerklich abgeschlossener Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung bei Eignung ggf. entsprechend mehr.

Anforderungen:

  • Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im handwerklichen Bereich bzw. Garten-/Landschaftsbau wünschenswert (nicht zwingend erforderlich)
  • Motivation, Kundenfreundlichkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (Kontakt zu den Mietern, Aufnahme von Aufträgen, etc.)
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Motivation, ordentliches und freundliches Auftreten setzen wir voraus
