Hausmeister/in (m/w/d) mit Führerschein

in Vollzeit / Teilzeit an unserem Standort in Leipzig

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Objektbetreuung & Pflege
  • Treppenhausreinigung
  • Grundreinigungsarbeiten
  • Gartenarbeiten
  • Glas- und Fensterreinigung
  • Entrümpelungsarbeiten
  • kleinere Reparaturen und Instandhaltung
  • Winterdienst
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen
  • Bei Bedarf auf Fahrdienst und Unterstützung bei Umzug und Entrümpelung

Ihr Profil:

Eine Ausbildung in einem handwerklichen Beruf ist wünschenswert, aber keine

Bedingung

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Objektbetreuung und Hausmeisterdienst / Gebäudereinigung
  • Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • positives, kundenorientiertes und sympathisches Auftreten
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
