Wir sind ein Familienunternehmen und suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt ein Hausmeister für unsere Objekte. Wenn Sie gerne anpacken, technische Zusammenhänge verstehen und den Überblick behalten, sind Sie bei uns genau richtig!

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Instandhaltung und Pflege: Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen im und am Gebäude
  • Reinigungsarbeiten
  • Außenanlage: Pflege der Grünflächen sowie Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit auf den Gelände
  • Technik-Check: Überwachung der Gebäudetechnik (Heizung, Lüftung, Beleuchtung) und Koordination von externen Dienstleistern
  • Sicherheit: Einhaltung der Hausordnung sowie Durchführung des Winterdienstes.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B (Zwingend erforderlich)
  • Freundliches Auftreten und gute Deutschkenntnisse
