Hausmeister & Reinigungskraft (m/w/d)

Wir suchen ab sofort eine zuverlässige und handwerklich geschickte Allround-Kraft (m/w/d) für die Betreuung, Instandhaltung und Sauberkeit unserer Objekte.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Instandhaltung: Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen und Ausbesserungsarbeiten im und am Gebäude.
  • Kontrolle: Regelmäßige Kontrollen der technischen Anlagen, Beleuchtungen und der Gebäudesicherheit.
  • Außenpflege: Pflege der Außenanlagen, Gehwege und Müllplätze sowie Durchführung des Winterdienstes (Laub- und Schneebeseitigung).
  • Unterhaltsreinigung: Gründliche Reinigung von Treppenhäuser, Fluren und Kellerräumen.
  • Abfallmanagement: Regelmäßiges bereit- und zurückstellen der Müllcontainern.
  • Spezialreinigung: Gelegentliche Glas- und Fenster Reinigung im Innen- und Außenbereich.

Ihr Profil

  • Fähigkeiten: Handwerkliches Geschick und ein Blick für Sauberkeit und Ordnung.
  • Eigenschaften: Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und körperliche Belastbarkeit.
  • Führerschein: Führerschein Klasse B ist von Vorteil.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zur Kommunikation mit Mietern oder Vorgesetzten.
