Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zur sofortigen Einstellung eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit als Hausmeister und Reinigungskraft (m/w/d) für Miethäuser und Gewerbeobjekte.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Objektbetreuung unserer Miet- und Gewerbeobjekte
  • Reinigung und Pflege der Außenanlagen
  • Rasenmähen sowie Strauch- und Baumschnitt
  • Winterdienst
  • Kleinreparaturen und sonstige handwerkliche Tätigkeiten
  • Regelmäßige Kontrolle der betreuten Objekte sowie Meldung von Schäden oder Auffälligkeiten

### Ihr Profil

  • Selbstständige, eigeninitiierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und praktische Erfahrung
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten gegenüber Mietern, Kunden und Dienstleistern
  • Führerschein Klasse B und BE zwingend erforderlich
