Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir dich als Hausmeister / Objektbetreuer (w/m/d) für unseren Standort Berlin (unterschiedliche Objekte im Bezirk Berlin Mitte). Gerne kannst du dich auch als Quereinsteiger bewerben.

  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich typische Hauswart-Tätigkeiten aus, wie z.B. Kontrollaufgaben oder kleinere Reparaturen gemäß der jeweiligen Leistungsverzeichnisse.
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Kontrolle der technischen Einrichtungen, sowie Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Du führst regelmäßig Inspektions- und Kontrollgänge durch
  • Der tägliche Umgang mit technischen Hilfsmitteln und Maschinen, wie z. B. Hochdruckreiniger, Staubsauger oder Laubbläser, ist für dich Routine

### Dein Profil

  • ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine präzise und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
  • Idealerweise bringst du handwerkliches Geschick mit
  • Du bist flexibel und auch das Reinigen macht dir Spaß
  • Du hast eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Du denkst und handelst serviceorientiert
  • Du bist kommunikativ und kannst dich sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich problemlos auf Deutsch ausdrücken
  • Führerschein Klasse B zwingend erforderlich
