  • Empathischer Umgang mit alten und kranken Menschen, Freude an der Arbeit
  • Unterstützung externer Handwerker und Wartungsfirmen, Winterdienst im Bedarfsfall
  • Tätigkeitsfeld:
  • Müllversorgung
  • Kleinreparaturarbeiten in allen Räumlichkeiten des Hauses
  • Streichen von Zimmern, Arbeiten in den Außenanlagen
  • Versorgung der Wohn- und Funktionsbereiche mit Material und Hilfsmitteln
  • Arbeiten im Team mit weiterem Hausmeister, hier auch Vertretungsfunktion bei Urlaub und Krankheit
  • Übliche Arbeitszeit: 40,0 Stunden pro Woche, Montag – Freitag 8.00 – 17.00 Uhr,
  • im Bedarfsfall auch mal abends oder wechselseitige Rufbereitschaft am Wochenende
