Aufgaben

  • Kontrolle und Pflege der Gebäude, Außenanlagen und technischen Einrichtungen
  • Kleinere Reparatur und handwerkliche Tätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei Wartungs-, und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
  • Überwachung und Meldung von technischen Störungen
  • Ordnung und Sauberkeit auf dem Betriebsgelände

Profil

  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Haustechnik, Instandhaltung oder Hausmeistertätigkeiten
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
