Wir suchen einen Hauswart/ Hausmeister (m/w/d) in Berlin.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Umsetzung aller anfallenden Hausmeistertätigkeiten
  • Durchführung von Reparaturarbeiten und Ansprechpartner für die Mieter
  • Überwachung und Koordination von baulichen Maßnahmen
  • Reinigungstätigkeiten in der Aufgangsreinigung sowie Gartenpflege
  • Winterdienst
  • Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag ab 7 Uhr (39h/Woche)

Dein Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung als Hauswart/ Hausmeister oder einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Gute technische und handwerkliche Fähigkeiten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerscheinklasse B ist von Vorteil, aber kein muss
