Als Hausmeister bei advita sorgen Sie dafür, dass alles läuft. Hier müssen einmal ein paar Stühle repariert werden, dort wird eine neue Glühbirne benötigt, ein Bewohner braucht Hilfe beim Aufbau eines neuen Schranks-es gibt immer etwas zu tun und Dankbarkeit ist Ihnen sicher! Bei uns erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit, bei der keine Langeweile aufkommt und kein Tag dem anderen gleicht.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Hausmeister (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (30 Stunden/ Woche).

Ihre Aufgaben

Hausmeisterarbeiten im Betreuten Wohnen und im Pflegedienst, sowie Grünanlagenpflege

Voraussetzungen

Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung

Führerschein Klasse B

Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

Selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Aus Gründen der standardisierten Qualitätssicherung ist bei advita die Vorlage eines polizeilichen Führungszeugnisses Einstellungsvoraussetzung. Das Führungszeugnis darf nicht älter als drei Monate sein. Bitte kümmern Sie sich rechtzeitig um die Beantragung.
