Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Campus in Quickborn (Kita/Schulen) einen

Hausmeister (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Betreuung des Standortes
  • Wartung und Pflege von technischen Anlagen
  • Durchführung von Reparaturen und Renovierungsarbeiten
  • Kontrolle und Überwachung der Einhaltung technischer Normen und Vorgaben sowie der Unfallverhütungsmaßnahmen im technischen Bereich
  • Pflege der Außenanlagen; Winterdienst
  • Reinigungsarbeiten, Müllentsorgung

Ihre Voraussetzungen:

  • abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrungen als Hausmeister/in oder in ähnlicher Position wünschenswert
  • handwerkliches Geschick und Zuverlässigkeit und dienstleistungsorientiert, flexibel und eigenständiges arbeiten
