- Kleinreparaturen
- Pflege von Grünanlagen und Winterdienst
- Betreuung von externen Handwerkern und Dienstleistern
- Allgemeine Hausmeistertätigkeiten
- Fachliche Anforderungen
- Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
- abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung (Elektriker, Anlagenmechaniker, Tischler o.ä.) von Vorteil
- Praktische Erfahrung im Hausmeister- und Gebäudemanagement wünschenswert
- Führerschein Klasse B (BE) erforderlich
- Persönliche Anforderungen und Sozialkompetenzen
- Zuverlässige, selbstständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Körperliche Belastbarkeit
- Freundliches Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
