Meine Aufgaben:

  • Wartung und Instandhaltung von Gebäuden, technischen Anlagen und Außenbereichen
  • Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen im Bereich Elektrik, Sanitär und Heizung
  • Pflege von Außenanlagen, Grünflächen und Gehwegen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Handwerksbetrieben
  • Winterdienst (z. B. Schnee räumen und Streuen von Gehwegen)

Mein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Gartengeräten und -maschinen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
