  • Hamburger + Lüneburger Raum (Betreuung überwiegend von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien)

Aufgaben (Kurzbeschreibung):

  • Betreuung von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien, Ansprechpartner\*in für Mieter, Handwerker und Verwaltung
  • Sicherstellung des einwandfreien Gesamtzustandes der Wohnanlagen (als Teamleistung)
  • Regelmäßige Objektbegehungen, Überwachung von Grund, Gebäude und technischen Anlagen
  • Einholen von Angeboten und Koordination von Fremdfirmen inkl. Abnahme und Mängelverfolgung
  • Eigenständige Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen
  • Allgemeine Hausmeistertätigkeiten und Feuchtigkeitsmessungen

Anforderungen / Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung (z.B. Sanitär, Heizungs-, Klimatechnik oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Objektpflege / Hausmeisterdienst von Vorteil
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Breites handwerkliches Geschick, Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
