Wir suchen einen zuverlässigen und handwerklich begabten Hausmeister (m/w/d) für unsere Hotels und Restaurants in Sellin und Baabe.

### Aufgaben und Verantwortungen

  • Grundstückspflege
  • Gartenarbeiten
  • Malerarbeiten
  • Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich

### Anforderungen

  • Erfahrung in handwerklichen Tätigkeiten oder einer ähnlichen Position
  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig und flexibel zu arbeiten
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B um die jeweilige Objekte anzufahren

### Arbeitsbedingungen

  • Teilzeit 20 - 30 Stunden pro Woche in der Nebensaison
  • Vollzeit 40 Stunden pro Woche in der Hauptsaison
  • Arbeitsorte in Sellin und Baabe
  • Möglichkeit, eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten
