Wir suchen für ein Objekt in Karlsruhe einen zuverlässigen Hausmeister (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgabe n umfassen u.a.:

Regelmäßige Kontrolle des Gebäudes und der Außenanlagen

Erkennen, Melden und Beheben von Mängeln und kleineren Schäden (Erstmaßnahmen und Instandsetzung im Rahmen Ihrer Möglichkeiten, größere Gewerke koordinieren wir gemeinsam)

Überwachung der Brandmeldeanlage, Entgegennahme von Störmeldungen und Veranlassung der erforderlichen Maßnahmen

Ansprechperson vor Ort für Bewohner und Handwerker

Abstimmung mit der Verwaltung

Ihr Profil

Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

Zuverlässige, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

Freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Bewohnern

Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Bereitschaft, dauerhaft vor Ort präsent zu sein

Erfahrung als Hausmeister, Haustechniker oder in einem handwerklichen Beruf von Vorteil

Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
