### Hausmeister (m/w/d).

Es handelt sich um eine Teilzeit-Stelle, montags bis freitags.

Zu Deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören u.a.:

  • allgemeine Instandhaltungsaufgaben des ganzen Anwesens
  • Kleinreparaturen in allen Räumen (Hotelzimmer, Banketträume, Küche, Wäscherei etc.)
  • Pflege von Grün- und Parkplatzanlagen sowie aller Eingänge (Fegen, Rasen mähen)
  • Pflege und Überwachung der technischen Anlagen und Geräte
  • Bei Schneefall: räumen und streuen
  • Pflege des Fuhrparks (Einhalten des TÜVs, tanken, Check)

Was wir von Dir erwarten:

  • Ausbildung zur Elektrofachkraft
  • Handwerkliches Geschick
  • technisches Verständnis
