\*\*Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir zum 01.01.2027 einen zuverlässigen Hausmeister (m/w/d) auf 603-€-Basis. Der Einsatz erfolgt 3-mal pro Woche für jeweils ca. 3 Stunden. Die Arbeitszeiten können nach Absprache flexibel gestaltet werden.\*\*

Hier übernimmst Du Verantwortung

  • Allgemeine Hausmeistertätigkeiten
  • Pflege der Grün- und Außenanlagen
  • Winterdienst / Winterfestmachen
  • Kleinere Reparaturen im und am Gebäude
  • Boten- und Kurierfahrten
  • Werkstattfahrten
  • Kleinere Einkäufe, z. B. Getränke oder Büromaterial

Das bringst Du mit

  • Handwerkliches Geschick
  • Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Freundliches Auftreten und Freude an vielseitigen Aufgaben
  • Ein eigener Pkw wird nicht benötigt – für alle dienstlichen Fahrten stellen wir ein Firmenfahrzeug zur Verfügung.

Dein Einsatzgebiet

  • Arbeitsort: Bahnhofstraße 2, 14641 Wustermark (Elstal)
  • Einsatz an 3 Tagen pro Woche
  • Jeweils ca. 3 Stunden
  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten nach Absprache
