Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n

Hausmeister (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder TZ ab 20 Stunden

Tätigkeiten:

  • Arbeiten in der Haus- und Gebäudetechnik
  • Reinigung und Pflege von Außenanlagen
  • Räumlichkeiten zu betreuender Objekte (z.B. Treppenhäuser, Flure und Aufgänge) reinigen bzw. Reinigungsarbeiten kontrollieren
  • Grünanlagen, Wege, Höfe reinigen und pflegen z.B. Kehren oder Rasenmähen
  • Räum- und Streupflicht wahrnehmen bzw. Winterdienst durch Dritte kontrollieren

Anforderungen:

  • Führerschein Klasse B zwingend erforderlich
  • Deutsch erweiterte Kenntnisse
  • technisches Verständnis

Wir bieten:

  • unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis in der Region
  • übertarifliche Bezahlung ab 15€/Stunde
