Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Pflege der Mieterkontakte vor Ort
  • Regelmäßige Objektbegehungen inklusive Zählerstandserfassung und
  • Dokumentation
  • Überwachung und Kontrolle der technischen Gebäudeeinrichtungen
  • Eigenständige Durchführung kleinerer Instandhaltungsarbeiten und
  • Reparaturen
  • Schadensaufnahme, Protokollierung und Weiterleitung an zuständige
  • Stellen
  • Einweisung sowie Qualitäts- und Leistungskontrolle von Fremdfirmen

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung oder
  • einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Zielgerichtete und empathische Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit
