Wir suchen einen zuverlässigen und engagierten Hausmeister (m/w/d) zur
Unterstützung unseres Teams auf Minijob Basis mit einem Gehalt von max. 603 €.
Aufgaben/Anforderungen:
- Kleiner Elektroschein bzw. Bereitschaft diesen noch zu absolvieren
- Kleinere Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten im Gebäude
- Renovierungsarbeiten
- Sicherstellung der Sicherheit und Ordnung im Gebäude und auf dem Gelände
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Hausmeistertätigkeiten von Vorteil
- Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Selbstständigkeit
- Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
- Führerschein
- Freundliches Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit
Arbeitszeit:
flexibel nach Absprache
-Stundenlohn: 17 €
