Wir suchen neue Mitarbeiter/innen (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, Teilzeit oder auf Minijobbasis in Ansbach.

Stellenbeschreibung:

  • Wohnungsübergaben und -abnahmen
  • Leerstandsmanagement
  • Überwachung der technischen Anlagen
  • Ansprechpartner für Mieter:innen vor Ort
  • Meldungen von Gewährleistungen / Problemen an Objektleitung
  • Überprüfung der Einhaltung der Hausordnung
  • Kontrolle der Sauberkeit im Objekt und der Außenanlagen
  • Reinigung der Außenanlagen und bei Bedarf im Objekt
  • Bei Bedarf Winterdienst

Das bringen Sie mit: 

  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Zuverlässigkeit & Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sauberes und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

Arbeitszeit: 

  • Minijob, Teilzeit, Vollzeit möglich
  • Montag bis Freitag
  • Zwischen 08:00 Uhr – 14:00 Uhr (zeitlicher Spielraum möglich)
