Hausmeister (m/w/d)

Der Schwerpunkt des Aufgabenbereichs ist die Betreuung städtischer Liegenschaften. Hierzu gehören die Schulen, Kindergärten und weitere öffentliche Gebäude. Ihre Aufgaben sind vielfältig und Beinhalten u.a. die Pflege des Außenbereichs, Betreuung der Haustechnischen Anlagen, Überwachung und Abnahme der Reinigung, Dienst- und Botengänge für die Liegenschaften.

Wir erwarten handwerkliches Geschick, selbstständiges, zuverlässiges und gründliches Arbeiten, ein freundliches Auftreten und Aufgeschlossenheit. Das Verrichten kleinerer handwerklichen Arbeiten, einschließlich einfacher Prüf- und Wartungsarbeiten, die Bereitschaft zur Rufbereitschaft im Winterdienst und der Führerscheinklasse B werden vorausgesetzt.

Wir bieten ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis mit interessanten, verantwortungsvollen und abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeiten in einem modernen und kollegialen Arbeitsumfeld. Die Stelle ist bis Entgeltgruppe 6 TVöD bewertet.
