Gesucht wird ein Hausmeister (m/w/d) 

Arbeitsort: TCM GmbH, Bahnhofstr. 1-3, 33102 Paderborn

Beschäftigungsart: Vollzeit

Aufgabenbereiche:

technische Betreuung & Instandhaltung:

  • Durchführung kleiner Reparaturen (Türen, Fenster)
  • Überwachung technischer Anlagen
  • Meldung größerer Schäden 

Pflege & Reinigung:

  • Reinigung von Treppenhäusern, Fluren und Außenbereichen
  • Pflege der Grünanlagen, Gehwege und Hofflächen
  • Winterdienst (Schneeräumen, Streuen bei Glätte)

Organisatorische Aufgaben:

  • Ansprechpartner vor Ort für Mieter
  • Begleitung von Handwerkern
  • Kontrolle von Ordnung, Sicherheit und Sauberkeit in den Gebäuden

Sicherheitsaufgaben:

Einhaltung und Kontrolle von Sicherheitsvorschriften

Anforderungen / Qualifikationen:

  • Handwerkliches Geschick
  • Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Winterdiensten und flexiblen Tätigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Führerschein 
  • Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse wünschenswert
