## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Überwachung der Gebäude, Außenanlagen und technischen Einrichtungen
  • Durchführung kleinerer Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Pflege und Instandhaltung der Außenanlagen
  • Durchführung von Reinigungs- und Pflegearbeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich
  • Überwachung der Ordnung und Sauberkeit auf dem Grundstück
  • Durchführung von regelmäßigen Kontroll- und Rundgängen
