Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt: Hausmeister (m/w/d) für Berlin oder Brandenburg

Ihr Aufgabenbereich im Kundenbetrieb

  • Verantwortung für die Instandhaltung und Reparatur der Gebäudeinfrastruktur.
  • Pflege der Außenanlagen und Grünflächen gemäß den saisonalen Anforderungen.
  • Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen und handwerklicher Arbeiten.
  • Überwachung und Kontrolle von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten durch externe Dienstleister.
  • Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit und Ordnung in allen Bereichen.
  • Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Sicherheitsinspektionen und Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem handwerklichen Bereich
  • Grundkenntnisse in Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten.
  • Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise.
  • Gutes Organisations- und Zeitmanagement.
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Freude an praktischen Tätigkeiten.
  • Führerschein der Klasse B ist von Vorteil
