Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) als Hausmeister für den Veranstaltungsservice.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Veranstaltungsanfragen (überwiegend E-Mail-Verkehr)
  • An-/ Abtransporte von Ressourcen für Veranstaltungen (Tische, Zelte, Bühnenteile, etc.)
  • regelmäßige Überprüfung auf Vollzähligkeit und Einsatzfähigkeit der Ressourcen
  • Beschaffungsbedarfe an die jeweiligen Fachabteilungen formulieren
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting via Excel und/ oder Access (MS-Office)
  • einfache Montagetätigkeiten
  • Möbelumbauten/ -justierungen
  • Dienst-/ Botengänge mit PKW oder Kleintransporter

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem handwerklichen Beruf oder mehrjährige gleichwertige Erfahrungen im beschriebenen Tätigkeitsfeld
  • keine Einträge im aktuellen polizeilichen Führungszeugnis
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischgrundkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B (zwingend erforderlich)
