Wir suchen DICH ab dem 01.06.2026 als Hausmeister (m/w/d) für die Außenanlagenpflege am Standort München. Wenn du gerne draußen arbeitest, anpackst und am Ende des Tages sehen möchtest, was du geleistet hast, erwartet dich hier eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit langfristiger Perspektive.

Darauf kannst Du dich freuen:

  • Stundenlohn zwischen bis 16,00 €
  • Geregelte Arbeitszeiten im Früh- und Spätschichtsystem
  • Langfristiger Einsatz
  • Bereitstellung von Arbeitskleidung
  • Persönliche Betreuung während des gesamten Einsatzes

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Rückschnitt von Hecken sowie allgemeine Grünpflege
  • Reinigung von Wegen, Höfen und Außenbereichen
  • Entsorgung von Müll und Sperrgut
  • Unterstützung im Winterdienst (Schneeräumen und Streuen)
  • Teilnahme an Rufbereitschaften nach Absprache

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Führerschein Klasse B (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Ab B2)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung als Hausmeister (m/w/d) vorteilhaft, aber kein Muss
  • Keine Ausbildung erforderlich – Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) sind willkommen
  • Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
