  • Durchführung von kleineren Reparaturarbeiten und Instandhaltungen
  • Pflege der Außenanlagen (z. B. Rasen mähen, Laub entfernen, Winterdienst)
  • Kontrolle und Wartung technischer Anlagen (z. B. Heizungen, Lüftungen)
  • Sauberkeit und Ordnung in und um das Gebäude sicherstellen
  • Müllentsorgung und Trennung
  • Koordination von Handwerkern und externen Dienstleistern
  • Durchführung von Schließdiensten
  • Sonstige anfallende hausmeisterliche Tätigkeiten
