Wir suchen für die Appartmentanlage Haus Bergland eine/n Hausmeister (m/w/d) in Teilzeit 20 bis 25 Stunden / Woche (alternativ Minijob).

Eine Aufstockung auf Vollzeit ist in den nächsten Jahren ggf. möglich.

Tätigkeitsprofil:

  • Hausmeistertätigkeiten (handwerkliches Geschick ist erforderlich)
  • Ansprechpartner für Handwerker, Dienstleister und Hausverwalter
  • Grundkenntnisse in Word und Excel
  • Bearbeiten von Mailanfragen und Dokumentation
  • Winterdienst am Gelände (Befähigung zum Führen eine Laders wäre ideal) auch am Wochenende (abwechselnd mit KollegenInnen)
  • Überwachung von technischen Anlagen (z.B. Brandschutzeinrichtungen, Schwimmbadtechnik), daher idealerweise Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektrik
  • Teamfähigkeit (eine Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitern/KollegenInnen und den Reinigungskräften ist notwendig).
