Was Sie erwartet:

  • eine unbefristete Teilzeitstelle mit 19,50 Std./Woche ab dem 01.01.2027 mit Dienstort in Hessisch Lichtenau
  • Eingruppierung nach EG 7 TVöD
  • Laufende Überprüfung und Überwachung sämtlicher technischer Einrichtungen sowie ggf. ‎deren Wartung
  • Pflege der Außenanlage
  • Kontrollrundgang und Schließdienst
  • Überwachung von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten sowie des Reinigungsdienstes
  • Winter- und Bereitschaftsdienst
  • Ausführung von Kleinreparaturen

Ihre Skills:

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene mindestens dreijährige technische bzw. handwerkliche Ausbildung (BBiG), die für eine Tätigkeit als Hausmeister (m/w/d) qualifiziert
  • strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
  • ein hohes Maß an Sorgfalt und Gewissenhaftigkeit
  • eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Engagement, Belastbarkeit sowie Flexibilität
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit PC und den MS Office-Programmen (insbesondere Word, Excel)
  • Pkw-Führerschein, eigener Pkw und die Bereitschaft diesen für Dienstfahrten gegen Kostenerstattung einzusetzen
