Die NXB Reinigung GmbH ist ein Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf der Reinigung und Betreuung von Ferienwohnungen und Ferienimmobilien. Zusätzlich übernehmen wir Hausmeister- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten rund um unsere Objekte in Prora und Umgebung.

Für unser Unternehmen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen zuverlässigen und handwerklich geschickten Hausmeister / Handwerker (m/w/d) für einen festen Arbeitsplatz in Prora.

Wir bieten:

  • Montag bis Freitag
  • 40 Stunden pro Woche (Vollzeit)
  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten
  • 2.900 € brutto pro Monat
  • 26 Urlaubstage
  • Arbeitskleidung wird gestellt
  • Fester Arbeitsplatz in Prora

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Kontrolle und Pflege von Ferienwohnungen und Gebäuden
  • Durchführung kleinerer handwerklicher Arbeiten
  • Erkennen und Beheben von Mängeln
  • Allgemeine Hausmeistertätigkeiten

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B ist erforderlich
