Wir suchen für unsere stationäre Wohngruppe "Rückenwind" in Rottweil einen Hausmeister (m/w/d) auf geringfügiger Basis.

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Anfallende handwerkliche Tätigkeiten wie z.B. kleine Reparaturen, Gebäudeinstandhaltung und
  • Inspektionen der Gerätschaften in der Stammeinrichtung und in den Außenwohngruppen
  • Mit Einbeziehen und Anleiten der Jugendlichen bei Reparaturen und sonstigen anfallenden Arbeiten
  • Überwachung von Arbeiten durch externe Anbieter auf dem Gelände
  • Eigenverantwortliche Pflege der Außenanlagen (z.B. Rasenmähen)
  • Regelmäßige Inspektion des Gruppenbusses

  • Handwerkliches Geschick
  • Möglichst Berufserfahrung im handwerklichen Bereich
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Weltoffenheit und Empathie gegenüber jungen Menschen mit Fluchterfahrung
