IHR AUFGABENGEBIET

  • Überwachung und Betreuung der Haustechnik
  • Koordination von Reparaturen und Umbaumaßnahmen
  • Schließdienst incl. Kontrollgänge früh und abends
  • Wartung von Geräten und Räumlichkeiten
  • Fuhrparkpflege

IHR PROFIL

  • eine fundierte handwerkliche Ausbildung wird vorausgesetzt, z.B als Maler bzw. Schreiner oder Elektriker m/w/d
  • erste Erfahrungen als Hausmeister*in ist von Vorteil
  • technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • organisatorisches Talent
  • Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • teamfähig, kundenorientiert und kommunikationssicher
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
