  • Dann kommen Sie zu uns, als Allrounder im Bereich der Gebäudebetreuung!
  • Ihr Tag wird bestimmt durch alles was gerade so rein kommt, sei es als Teamarbeit in der Außengeländepflege, Kontrollieren der Gebäudetechnik, das selbständige ausführen von kleineren Reparaturarbeiten oder die Begleitung von Handwerksfirmen.
  • Sie arbeiten bei uns in einem kleinen familiengeführten Unternehmen mit Sitz in Kassel.
  • Ihre Regelarbeitszeit ist Montag-Freitag von 7.00-16.00 Uhr.

Sie sind verantwortlich für:

  • die Betreuung von Industriegelände
  • Überprüfung und Kleinreparaturen im Bereich Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik
  • Außenpflege (Rasen mähen, Unkraut, Sauberkeit, Heckenschnitt)
  • Begleitung von Handwerksfirmen (Wartung, Reparaturen)
  • Winterdienst

Wir freuen uns auf Sie, wenn Sie:

  • über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker/in - Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik
  • verantwortungsbewusst und selbstständig arbeiten können
  • Bereitschaft zum Notdienst nach Einarbeitung (ca. alle 5 Wochen)
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
