  • Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Hausmeister in Vollzeit (Montag- Freitag).
  • Wir arbeiten im Auftrag einer großen Rostocker Wohnungsgesellschaft und betreuen verschiedene Wohnobjekte im Raum Rostock.
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung von Wohnungsberäumungen
  • Kellerberäumungen und Entrümpelungsarbeiten
  • Entsorgung von Unrat und Sperrmüll
  • Allgemeine Hausmeistertätigkeiten rund um Wohnobjekte
  • Pflege von Außenanlagen und Unterstützung bei kleineren handwerklichen Arbeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Führerschein Klasse B (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Zuverlässige, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Handwerkliches Geschick von Vorteil
  • Freundliches Auftreten gegenüber Mietern und Auftraggebern
