Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen zuverlässigen Hausmeister (m/w/d) der unser Haus sowohl im Innen- als auch im Außenbereich tatkräftig unterstützt.

Die Einstellung erfolgt in Teilzeit, eine Einstellung auf 603-Euro-Basis ist ebenfalls möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Grundstücks- und Gartenpflege (Rasenmähen, Hecken- und Strauchschnitt, Laubarbeiten, Pflege der Außenanlagen, Winterdienst nach Bedarf)
  • Kleinere Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten im gesamten Hotelbereich
  • Arbeiten auf den Gästezimmern (z. B. Austausch von Armaturen, Silikonfugen, Möbelreparaturen, Befestigungsarbeiten – keine Elektroinstallationen)
  • Kontrolle und Pflege technischer Einrichtungen (Sichtkontrollen, Funktionsprüfungen)
  • Unterstützung bei Renovierungs- und Verschönerungsarbeiten
  • Entsorgungs- und Transportarbeiten
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Verkehrssicherheit auf dem gesamten Gelände

Ihr Profil:

  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Erfahrung im handwerklichen Bereich oder als Hausmeister wünschenswert, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
