Wir suchen einen Hausmeister (m/w/d) in Teilzeit

für den Einsatz in verschiedenen Wohnobjekten in Bayreuth.

Aufgaben:

  • Außenanlagenpflege
  • kleine Reparaturarbeiten
  • Winterdienst
  • Kehrmaschine fahren

Arbeitszeit: nach Absprache 25-30-35 Std./Woche, Mo-Fr ab 7 Uhr; im Winter bei Bedarf auch am Wochenende, z.T. ab 4 Uhr früh

Anforderungen:

  • handwerkliche Kenntnisse
  • Führerschein B ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Ortskenntnisse in Bayreuth sind von Vorteil
  • Deutschkenntnisse möglichst mindestens B1
  • eine Einarbeitung erfolgt

Vergütung: 15 €/Std. zum Einstieg
