Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Hausmeister (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (41 Std./Woche). Wir bieten Ihnen ein abwechslungsreiches Arbeitsumfeld in einem aufstrebenden Unternehmen mit gutem Betriebsklima.

1 Jahr Befristung, danach auf unbestimmte Zeit.

Tätigkeiten:

Instandhaltung und Pflege unserer Gebäude und Außenanlagen

Durchführung von Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten

Reinigungs- und Entsorgungstätigen

Ihr Profil:

Eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis - Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Verlässlichkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement

Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich; Führerschein Klasse C wünschenswert
