Wir sind ein wachsender Hausmeisterservice in Zingst und betreuen aktuell rund 80 Objekte. Um unser Team zu verstärken und gemeinsam weiter zu wachsen, suchen wir ab sofort einen motivierten Hausmeister (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Grünpflege: Rasen mähen und Hecken schneiden
  • Objektbetreuung: Mülltonnen termingerecht herausstellen
  • Allgemeine Aufgaben: Zuverlässige Betreuung unserer Objekte vor Ort

Das bringst du mit:

  • Führerschein: Klasse B (PKW) ist zwingend erforderlich (Klasse BE für Anhänger ist ein großes Plus!)
  • handwerkliches Geschick, Motivation,
  • du kannst im Team und selbständig arbeiten
  • Erfahrung: Eine Ausbildung oder Vorkenntnisse sind nicht zwingend notwendig – wir arbeiten dich gründlich ein!

Das bieten wir Dir:

  • Ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis in Vollzeit
  • Geregelte Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag von ca. 08:00 bis 16:00 Uhr (Wochenende frei!)
  • Faire Vergütung: 16,00 € bis 18,00 € /Std. (je nach Qualifikation)
  • 28 Tage Urlaub im Jahr
  • Ein Dienstwagen wird gestellt und darf für den Arbeitsweg mit nach Hause genommen werden
