### Hausmeister (m/w/d) – Minijob oder Teilzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten in Mietobjekten
  • Überwachung und Pflege der technischen Anlagen (z. B. Heizung, Sanitär)
  • Reinigung und Pflege von Gemeinschaftsflächen, Treppenhäusern und Außenbereichen
  • Mülltonnenmanagement (Bereitstellung und Rückholung)
  • Winterdienst (Schneeräumung und Streugutverteilung)
  • Ansprechpartner für Mieter bei technischen Anliegen
  • Regelmäßige Kontrolle der Objekte auf Sauberkeit und Sicherheit

Ihr Profil:

  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Erfahrung in der Hausmeistertätigkeit oder vergleichbaren Bereichen
  • Zuverlässige, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Mietern
  • Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Sanitär, Elektrik oder Heizung von Vorteil
  • Führerschein der Klasse B wünschenswert
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Einsätzen außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten
