Hausmeister (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie arbeiten als Hausmeister (m/w/d) an zwei Tagen pro Monat für jeweils vier Stunden. Die konkreten Arbeitstage werden je nach Bedarf flexibel auf die Werktage des Monats verteilt
  • Zur Auftragsabwicklung muss eine komplette Werkzeugausstattung mitgebracht werden
  • Werkzeug, Kfz, BVG-Ticket wird durch den Arbeitgeber nicht gestellt
  • Sie sind im Landkreis/Stadtteil Wilmersdorf im Einsatz
  • Die Arbeitszeiten erfolgen nach individueller Absprache im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Vorschriften des Arbeitszeitgesetzes (ArbZG)
  • Sie führen allgemeine Reparaturen und Wartungen durch und können sich selbst organisieren

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung von mindestens 5 Jahren als Hausmeister (m/w/d)
  • Sie verfügen über gute sprachliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und können mit dem Kunden über E-Mail, Telefon und WhatsApp kommunizieren
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft runden Ihr Profil ab

Sie zeichnen sich unter anderem durch Ihre Pünktlichkeit und Selbstorganisation aus

Sie haben spezifische Kenntnisse in alle Hausmeistertätigkeiten
