  • Wir betreuen Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien im Großraum Köln, Düsseldorf, Bonn und Leverkusen.
  • Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort tatkräftige Unterstützung im Bereich:

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Hausmeistertätigkeiten wie z. B. Kleinreparaturen, Wartung, Grünanlagenpflege etc.
  • Reparaturen von kleineren Arbeiten
  • Ausbesserungs- und Renovierungsarbeiten von Wohnungen
  • Kontrolle von Gebäuden und technischen Anlagen (Heizungsanlagen, Aufzügen)
  • Meldung und Dokumentation von Schäden

### Dein Profil

  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Berufserfahrung im Handwerk von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches Auftreten im Mieterkontakt
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
