Wir sind ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich Nutzfahrzeugtechnik und suchen zur langfristigen Pflege, Wartung und Instandhaltung unseres Standorts zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen zuverlässigen und handwerklich geschickten Hausmeister (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Durchführung von kleineren Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an Gebäuden und Außenanlagen.
  • regelmäßige Kontrolle der Haustechnik sowie Überwachung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Sicherheit auf dem gesamten Betriebsgelände.
  • Pflege der Außen- und Grünanlagen (z.B. Rasenmähen, Kehrarbeiten).
  • Durchführung des Winterdienstes auf den betrieblichen Verkehrsflächen.
  • Koordination und Einweisung von externen Handwerks- und Dienstleistungsbetrieben bei größeren Reparaturen.
  • Bereitstellung von Mülltonnen und Containern zu den Abholterminen.
