Wir suchen einen zuverlässigen Hausmeister (m/w/d)

Zur Betreuung unserer Objekte suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Hausmeister / Objektbetreuer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Allgemeine Hausmeistertätigkeiten
  • Durchführung kleiner Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Reinigung von Treppenhäusern, Gemeinschaftsflächen und Außenbereichen
  • Pflege der Außenanlagen
  • Rasen mähen, Hecken schneiden und saisonale Gartenarbeiten
  • Winterdienst und Streuarbeiten
  • Mülltonnenservice und Objektkontrollen
  • Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Funktion der Gebäude

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Handwerkliches Geschick
  • Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Sinn für Ordnung und Sauberkeit
  • Freundliches Auftreten
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil

Wichtig:

Keine Büroarbeit – der Schwerpunkt liegt auf praktischer Arbeit rund um Gebäude, Reinigung und Außenanlagen.
