Die Lietmeyer Unternehmensgruppe ist eine dynamische und stetig wachsende Unternehmensgruppe in der Immobilienwirtschaft. Wir betreuen rund 4.500 Einheiten in acht Bundesländern und realisieren mit unseren vielseitigen Fachbereichen Projekte in den Bereichen Neubau, Altbau, Sanierung, Facility-Management und Immobilienverwaltung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Hildesheim suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Hausmeister (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Arbeitszeit: Teilzeit, 20-30 Stunden/Woche im Zeitraum zwischen 08:00 und 16:30 Uhr

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Kleinreparaturen
  • Pflege der Grün- und Außenanlagen (Grünschnitt, Laubarbeiten)
  • Kleine Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten im und am Gebäude
  • Wartungsarbeiten an firmeneigenen Immobilien
  • Übernahme weiterer kleinerer Aufträge im Raum rund um Clausthal-Zellerfeld

Sie...

  • überzeugen durch handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • bringen idealerweise Erfahrung im Hausmeister- oder Gebäudeservicebereich mit
  • arbeiten zuverlässig, selbstständig und strukturiert
  • sind teamfähig und flexibel
  • haben mindestens einen Führerschein der Klasse B
