### Das machen Sie bei uns:

  • Kontrollgänge zur Gewährleistung der Verkehrssicherheit
  • Durchführung von Kleinreparaturen
  • Treppenhausreinigung und Pflege der allgemeinen Verkehrsflächen
  • Grünpflege auf den Außenanlagen
  • Aktualisierung von Schaukästen und Aushängen
  • Bereitstellung der Mülltonnen zur Entleerung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team vor Ort, um das Wohlbefinden und die Sicherheit unserer Kunden zu gewährleisten

### Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen:

  • Handwerkliches Geschick und ein gutes Auge für Details
  • Erfahrung im Facility Management oder als Hausmeister (w/m/d) von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität in der Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein der Klasse B notwendig

### Darauf können Sie sich freuen:

  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag in Teilzeit (30 Stunden/Woche)
  • Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag ab um 07:00 Uhr
