Aufgabenbeschreibung

  • Durchführen von Kleinstreparaturen in allen haustechnischen Gewerken
  • Vorbereiten (Ermittlung Leistungsumfang vor Ort) der Auftragsvergabe an Reparaturfirmen
  • Kontrollieren von Leerwohnungen
  • Pflegearbeiten in Außenanlagen

Anforderungsprofil

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • dienstleistungs- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
  • körperliche und mentale Belastbarkeit
  • Führerschein (Klasse B)
  • Interesse an Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen
