# MINIJOB AUF GERINGFÜGIGER BASIS

Der monatliche Arbeitsumfang beträgt je nach anfallenden Aufgaben zwischen 5 und 20 Stunden.

Hausmeisterdienste mit folgenden Arbeiten

  • Zuarbeiten zu Angeboten für Instandhaltung
  • Kleinstreparaturen
  • Schlüsselverwaltung
  • Übergabe Mietobjekte z.B. Lagerhalle bei Mieterwechsel mit Übergabeprotokoll (wird von der Verwaltung gestellt)
  • Jahresablesungen
  • Kontrollgänge 4x Jahr Verkehrssicherungspflicht
  • Umsetzung Aufforderung Mieter bei Müllablagerungen und Blockaden
  • diverse Zuarbeiten für die Verwaltung bei Bedarf

Winterdienst

nur ein Gebäude (nur als Info)

Grünpflege auf dem Gelände (ca. 2x im Jahr)

  • Kürzen von Büschen und Sträuchern
  • Rasen mähen (sofern Rasenflächen vorhanden sind)
  • regelmäßige Durchführung (ca. 2-mal pro Jahr) auf dem gesamten Standort, sodass ein ordentlicher Gesamteindruck entsteht
  • Baumrückschnitt an sämtlichen Bäumen auf dem Gelände, damit die Zufahrtswege frei bleiben
