  • Als Eigentümer des Objektes „NWZ = Nordsee Wirtschaftszentrum“ in Bremerhaven-Lehe, auch bekannt als ehemaliges US-Army Hospital, stellen wir auf einer Fläche von ca. 3 Hektar gewerblichen Mietern die entsprechenden Gewerbeflächen zur Verfügung.
  • Von Arztpraxen bis hin zum Einzelhandel haben wir etwa 120 Mietpartner, mit denen wir zusammenarbeiten.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams sind wir auf der Suche nach handwerklich begabten Mitarbeitern\*innen, welche die Kollegen in einer 40 Stundenwoche unterstützen können (eine Einstellung in Teilzeit ist nicht möglich). Wir suchen langfristige Mitarbeiter\*innen aus verschiedenen Bereichen oder Gewerken.

Der Aufgabenbereich umfasst diverse Tätigkeiten in einem Gewerbeobjekt (Innen- und Außenbereich), unter anderem zum Beispiel Grünflächenpflege, Unterstützung bei Renovierungsarbeiten, Reinigungstätigkeit.
